PHSE (personal, health, social, and economic) education is a curriculum subject through which our pupils develop the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to manage their lives, now and in the future. At Ormiston Six Villages Academy we are passionate about equipping our students with the knowledge and understanding to live in a healthy and safe way, thrive in their relationships and be prepared for a vibrant future in the wider world.
Our PHSE curriculum fully meets the requirements of Statutory Relationships and Sex education (RSE) and health education and is sequenced in an age appropriate way taking into account local and national data as well the views of our pupils and parents. Please see our policy for more information here, as well as the curriculum outline below.
