BBC Bitesize

Our students were delighted to welcome the BBC Bitesize Careers Roadshow, giving them an inspiring glimpse into the world of work and future career possibilities. They enjoyed a front‑row experience as they listened to a panel of industry experts.

The speakers highlighted that there is no single path to success whether through apprenticeships, university, or starting in entry level roles. They also stressed the importance of essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem solving, alongside technical knowledge. Students were encouraged to embrace new opportunities, say yes to new challenges, and use work experience to explore different career pathways.

The session was a powerful reminder that success can take many forms, and that trying a range of experiences is often the best way to discover what truly inspires you. A huge thank‑you to the BBC team for motivating our students to dream big about their futures!
