Our Careers Program measures
The school measure the impact of the careers impact through a number of measures.
- We use Compass Plus to check our progress every term against the Gatsby Benchmarks.
- Every year, we are engaging in a peer to peer review with two other schools in the area, resulting in a set of actionable targets.
- Every 2 years, we are reviewed and assessed for the Quality in Careers Standard award. We currently hold the Gold award for QICS. The data of the next review is July 2027
- We collect destination data from our Year 11s to find out where they are going and what courses they are taking
- We regularly collect feedback from staff, students and other stakeholders after key events.
