What is the Arbor App?

The Arbor App brings all the functionality of the desktop Parent Portal to your phone. You will be able to view attendance statistics, behaviour points, notifications regarding detentions, and can update personal information on your child’s profile.

Logging in to the app for the first time

  1. You must enter your email address to log in.

Please note that this must match the email address that we hold on Arbor for you at the school.

If you have any issues logging in, please email us at [email protected] so that we can ensure our records match. Once we hold your correct email, you should be able to login without an issue.

2. You then need to select the correct school.

The first time you log in, you will be asked to read and confirm Arbor’s terms and conditions. As a security measure you will be prompted to confirm your child’s date of birth.

(If you have more than 1 child at the school, please confirm the date of birth of your eldest child. Once you are logged in, you will be able to switch between children)

Logging in for the first time

  1. Go to ormiston-six-villages-academy.uk.arbor.education
  2. First-Time Login – On the login page, click “First time logging in” or “Forgotten your password”.
  3. Enter Your School Email Address – Type in your school email address to locate your account.
  4. Set Your Password – You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
  5. Create and Confirm Your Password – Follow the email instructions, choose a secure password, and confirm it.
  6. Log In – Return to the login page, enter your school email and new password.
  7. Access Your Dashboard – Once logged in, you’ll see your personal dashboard with your timetable, assignments, and other school information.

Once you are logged in

The dashboard is the first screen that you will see. This gives a quick glance of the student’s daily timetable, behaviour points, notices, current attendance and progress.

You can return to this page at any time by clicking on the Six Villages logo or choosing ‘Dashboard’ from any menu.

If you are a parent to multiple children at Six Villages, you can access and view each child through the same portal by clicking on the name at the drop-down menu with the children’s names in the top-left of the home page, then ‘change sibling’.

On doing this for the first time, you will need to enter your other child’s date of birth to access their dashboard. An example of information is below:
