STEM Young People's Book Prize results are in!

Just before half term, 30 students from Year 7 to 10 became part of the Royal Society’s Young People’s Book Prize national judging panel. The students were sent six of the best STEM books published last year by the Royal Society and were asked to judge them on how interesting, engaging and well written they were. Our Student panel results have been collated, and the Science Department can announce that Mission: Arctic: A Scientific Adventure to a Changing North Pole by Katharina Weiss-Tuider won our overall best STEM book of 2025. All six books will soon be available from the school library to borrow. Well done to everyone who got involved!
