A Boy Called Christmas by Chichester Festival Youth Theatre
On Wednesday evening, students had the pleasure of watching a fantastic performance of A Boy Called Christmas by the incredibly talented Chichester Festival Youth Theatre. The production was engaging, imaginative, and full of festive spirit, bringing the story to life through strong performances, creative staging, and a real sense of energy. It was a wonderful cultural experience for our students and a memorable way to celebrate their hard work and enthusiasm for English. One student commented: “It was really funny. I thought the reindeer, Blitzen, was good.” Another said: “It was really fun to see the play. I enjoyed the songs.”
The show follows the story of 11-year-old Nikolas, whose nickname is Christmas because he was born on 25 December, as he embarks on an extraordinary quest to follow his father and to find Elfhelm, the fabled village of the elves.
