Employee Referral
At Ormiston Six Villages Academy, we recognise that our employees are our most important asset, and in order to continue to meet the current and future needs of our school, we need to attract and recruit the best applicants. We’re asking for your help with this. Our new Employee Referral Scheme is open to all employees across the school, and it enables you to recommend suitable applicants for our job vacancies from your own professional and person networks. You know our values, standards and aspirations so who could be better to make a recommendation? In return you will receive a small gift as a thank you from us to you.
Referring an applicant is easy; click on the form and make a referral today. For every successful referral, you can receive £200 as an Amazon voucher, or you may wish for us to donate £200 to a charity of your choice or choose for us to spend £200 on your team/department at the school. The terms and conditions of the scheme can be found below. Thank you for your support and there is no limit on the number of referrals that you can make.
Scheme terms and conditions
· You must complete the referral form before the applicant applies for a position with the school and you must seek their permission before making the referral.
· The referred applicant cannot already be employed by the Trust.
· The scheme does not apply to the Principal at the school.
· The £200 payment will only be paid once the referred applicant has been appointed and has either successfully passed their 6-month probationary period or successfully completed two terms of employment with the school.
· Referrals are unlimited and can be made at any time, either for a current vacancy or to join our talent pool for the future.
