Maths Awards

A first has been achieved in Six Villages history this term with Issac in year 8 successfully winning a silver in the UK Maths Challenge Kangaroo competition. The Maths Challenge aims to advance the mathematical skills of young people through a range of abstract problem-solving questions and Issac has excelled through the rounds to an exceptional level. Today, Jodie Jones, our OAT Enrichment Lead alongside Mr Slaughter, Mrs Moodie and Mr McConville were able to present him with his certificate – we look forward to seeing what Issac achieves next!
