Statutory policies published on this website are updated as soon as is reasonably practicable following a change to that information and, in any event, at least annually. The Academy will provide a paper copy of any statutory policies published on the website without charge to parents on request.

The Department for Education issues statutory guidance publications covering the following areas:

  • Involving parents and pupils
  • Looked-after children
  • Safeguarding children and young people
  • Special educational / health needs

  • 16 to 19 education and work experience

These are to be followed by all schools and local authorities.
